  • Employee experience (EX) refers to the overall journey and environment employees encounter within an organization. I have experience surveying, analyzing and action planning for teams from 30 employees to 500+

  • Digital experience (DX) encompasses users' interactions with digital platforms, websites, and applications. I’ve worked on app development, website development and internal and external feedback gathering across digital platforms.
